‘Drawing With Ink’ Workshop

Join artist Lisa Waldron in a workshop that explores the use of ink for drawing in nature…

Gain an insight into the artist's process whilst exploring different approaches to working with ink on paper; from detailed mark-making to looser, more expressive brushwork.

This workshop will take place indoors and across the garden and is aimed at older teens and adults.

Each ticket includes access to the garden during the workshop. All art materials are included. This class is suitable for beginners but all abilities are welcome.

About Lisa
Lisa Waldron is a multi-disciplinary artist whose most recent work features detailed pen drawings and atmospheric oil paintings. After growing up in Birmingham, Lisa gained a First Class BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Birmingham City University in 2011. In 2015 she gained a PGCE in Secondary Art and Design at University College London, followed by two years teaching in London. After spending hours on end sketching in the city parks, Lisa decided it was time to get closer to nature and made the move to Falmouth in 2017. She now lives and works with Penjerrick subtropical garden on her doorstep. Taking her work into a clinical setting, Lisa also facilitates meaningful and creative activities to patients on the wards at Treliske Hospital.
