Jon Cummins, formerly Trebah's Operations Manager, has been appointed CEO by the Trebah Garden Trust following the retirement of Director Nigel Burnett last month.
Prior to arriving at Trebah, his career has been spent with the National Trust; working across a range of roles from visitor welcome and gardening at Dyrham Park, to regional membership roles in Devon and Cornwall and seven years as visitor services manager at Buckland Abbey on Dartmoor. Directly before joining Trebah he’d spent eight years locally as operations manager across three sites; Trelissick, Trerice and Glendurgan.
In a voluntary capacity he's a Director of the Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions, a network which connects Trebah with 37 of Cornwall’s other top tourist attractions, including Heligan, Eden and St Michael’s Mount amongst many others.
