A day of celebration and remembrance for the American 29th Infantry Division who left for the Normandy Landings from Trebah beach.
A family day rich in history featuring military vehicles and performances, as well as Kernow Pipe and Drums.
On the beach there will be a short memorial service followed by RN helicopter fly past and wreath laying, subject to weather and operational commitments.
This event is included in the cost of garden entry. All visits must be pre-booked.
