Festive Wreath Making Workshops
Create your own festive wreath this Christmas at Trebah Garden
Debbie Dickey, Plant Centre and Nursery Manager, will be on hand to tutor you through the process of making your own beautiful festive wreath using our special wreath rings and pedal-operated clamping tables.
A variety of freshly cut foliage collected from the garden will be on hand to use, and decorations will include luxurious ribbons, pinecones, dried fruit, lotus heads and cinnamon sticks to give a natural/rustic appearance (feel free to bring your own special ribbons/decorations if you prefer).
This workshop lasts approx 1.5 hours and involves standing for the whole session – if you have additional needs and are unable to stand for long periods of time, please let us know on enquiry as we may be able to tailor a session to allow some seating, more time, and for some extra assistance with the pedal machine.
We would advise you to bring an apron or wear older clothes, as sometimes sap can leak from cut stems and stain fabric. Please also wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Gloves and all materials will be provided.
No previous experience is necessary, it’s very easy to do and great fun – Debbie will be on hand throughout to help as much or little as required.
Please book your time slot at the Entrance Desk or call 01326 252215.
Maximum of 6 people per time slot – if you have a group of 7 or more, please call Debbie for more information on 01326 252215.
