Falmouth Marine Conservation Group will be at Trebah Gardens during February Half Term to provide an interactive and engaging marine experience!
FMC’s Education and Outreach Team will be present for the whole week, delivering fun workshops for the whole family to join in on, including games of Pass the Pasty and Which Whale Am I?, as well as teaching about the importance of living in harmony with our local marine environment, and action everyone can take to help protect it.
Cornwall Wildlife Trust’s Marine Strandings Network will also be there, and there will be a display on certain days of some animal bones, including from the Fin Whale — the world’s second-largest animal, and Cornwall’s largest cetacean.
