Cornwall Wildlife Trust Takeover

This May Half Term the Cornwall Wildlife Trust is taking over at Trebah!

Join us from 28 May until 5 June for a wildflower identification trail across the garden, talks on caring for the wildlife in your garden or come and build your own hedgehog house in one of our workshops!

Identify real-life wildflowers across the garden before heading to the amphitheatre to make your own newspaper eco-pot for your wildflower seeds.

Our workshops on Saturday 28 May & Sunday 5 June will be about all things hedgehog! Cornwall Wildlife Trust will be showing you how to build your own hedgehog box, along with an introduction on hedgehogs ecology (habitat, diet, behaviours, etc), why their populations are struggling and what you can do to help. A workshop for all ages (children must be accompanied by an adult) giving an insight into one of the UK’s most loved but elusive mammals, as well as a chance to get hands-on with some easy DIY!

Workshops must be pre-booked and space is very limited. The workshop will take place at Trebah House.

A series of free 15-minute pop-up talks will take place on Wednesday 1 June. Help us to support the Cornwall Wildlife Trust this May. Find out more about the great work they are doing at cornwallwildlifetrust.org.uk
