Trebah Lodge

Stay at Trebah - bookings now open!

Available to guests from mid-September 2024, Trebah Lodge is a brand-new, one-of-a-kind, holiday accommodation experience that offers out-of-hours access to over twenty-six acres of subtropical gardens.

The iconic gatehouse lodge is a newly renovated holiday cottage surrounded by towering palms, exotic plants, and giant canopies on the idyllic Helford River. Fully updated to offer high-end accommodation for up to four guests across two ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and lounge area, outside there will be a small, private enclosed garden perfect al fresco dining, coffee in the morning, or unwinding with a book.

Trebah Garden is open to visitors daily from 9.30am and Lodge guests are welcome to visit as many times as you like during normal opening hours.

There is also unique and privileged access to the garden and beach during the evening after Trebah closes to daytime visitors.

About Trebah & The Lodge

Nestled in twenty-six acres of sheltered valley and reaching down to our private beach, Polgwidden Cove, on the banks of the Helford, the garden here has constantly developed over the last two hundred years to become one of the most recognised and loved in Britain.

Today we are a registered charity and a large team of staff and volunteers care for Trebah to maintain and develop the garden for future generations. You are staying in our newly refurbished gate lodge, built sometime between 1908 and 1946. Locally there is a rich horticultural heritage to discover, the busy coastal town of Falmouth is nearby and of course there are miles of coastline and many beaches to explore.
