Online Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

• Standard Admission tickets allow you access to the site during public opening hours
• Please check our website www.trebah-garden.co.uk for details of our opening hours and special events
• Tickets are valid for the date of entry only
• Tickets are non refundable, can not be exchanged or your group size adjusted. This applies to entry tickets bought online or via the telephone (This does not affect your statutory rights)
• All tickets include VAT at 20%
• Adult tickets are available to those aged 16 and over
• Child tickets are available to those aged 5 – 15
• Under 5’s are admitted free
• On payment of a ticket you will be sent an email confirmation
• Please note, arrival at Trebah via boat or any other watercraft is strictly prohibited. This includes those who have pre-booked tickets for the garden. Please enter the garden through the main entrance by car, bike, on foot or public transport
