Wellbeing Day Retreat

Enjoy a relaxing day of natural beauty, mindful movement, connecting with each other, and nourishing your personal wellbeing…

The retreat day will begin in the private main house with a welcoming circle and a cup of something hot as the group settles into the space and gets to know each other.

Next, you’ll do a 45 minute awakening yoga practice, suitable for all levels (just wear something you can move in).

You’ll then take a walk through the beautiful garden to the beach, where you’ll do some ‘intention setting’ journaling, taking in views of the Helford River.

Feeling grounded, you’ll make your back up for a delicious lunch from the Trebah Kitchen.

In the afternoon, you’ll have more time for mindful, creative activities, before a restorative yoga practice and meditation. To close the retreat day, you’ll do a gratitude practice and reflect on the ways your wellbeing ripples are going to make a difference in the world around you…
