Covid Compliance and Risk Assessment

We are working with Vaughan and also an independent Risk Assessor to ensure Trebah’s events are Covid-compliant and as safe as we can make them for the audience, Trebah staff, event volunteers and artists visiting us.

We will have an events-specific Covid Risk Assessment and will be asking any visiting company to provide their own.

Testing

Our events volunteers will be offered a Lateral Flow Test on the day they volunteer with us and we will ask visiting artists to test if there is any possibility that they will need to engage with a member of staff, volunteer or audience member (although audience interaction will not be allowed).

At the moment it is not expected or possible to test audience members.

Event capacity

When the season is launched all events will be sold to a 50% capacity and we are assuming the audience will be seated/spaced in a socially distant manner. As regulations change we may decide to increase capacity. If capacity is increased we will, of course, let you know and any bookers who have already booked will be given 7 days to claim a refund if they no longer feel comfortable attending the event.

Cancellations

If a performance is cancelled because of a change in restrictions connected to Covid; or, because of Covid, we no longer believe it would be safe for the event to continue the event will be cancelled. In this instance all tickets will be refunded. We would hope, but would not guarantee, that the event could be rescheduled for a future date.
