Enjoy a delicious 2 or 3 course Christmas lunch with family and friends at Trebah Kitchen this December. Available Monday to Saturday, our chefs have curated a hearty seasonal menu with something for everyone.

Starters

White onion soup, brie croutons, truffle oil

Ham hock terrine, piccalilli, wheat crunch biscuits

Smoked mackerel pâté, cucumber relish, melba toast

Mains

Roast turkey, festive stuffing, pig in blanket, rich red wine gravy

Butternut squash, wild mushroom and cranberry filo parcel, creamy leeks

Poached smoked haddock, poached egg, lemon hollandaise

All main courses served with roasted potatoes, braised red cabbage, honey and thyme-roasted carrots and parsnips, brussels sprouts

Dessert

Trebah Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Chocolate marquise, sour cherry compote, chocolate crumb

St Clement’s cheesecake, fresh orange, brandy snap
