How To Book A Visit To Trebah

Update: From Saturday 3 September 2022 onwards pre-booking to visit Trebah is no longer required

We're delighted to be back open again!

With the garden looking great and a spell of nice weather on the way we wanted to share the most important change to a day out at Trebah - booking tickets online.

How to book a ticket through the Trebah website

For even the least tech-savvy visitor, booking a ticket through the Trebah website is a simple process:

  1. Visit www.trebahgarden.co.uk/book or find the 'Book Now' button in the top right hand corner of any page on our website

  2. Choose your preferred day and arrival time slot

  3. Scroll down and make your ticket selection

  4. Below that, choose your gift aid option and press 'Add to Basket'

  5. Input your car number plate if driving to Trebah, or enter WALK, BIKE or BUS depending on your mode of transport.

  6. Press 'Checkout' and then, on the next page, 'Checkout as guest'.

  7. Enter your personal details and click 'Pay Now' to be taken to our secure payment page. Once successfully processed, your booking will be complete.

Please make a note of the 4 digit booking code on your screen. You should also receive a confirmation email (if it hasn't arrived please check your junk inbox).

What happens when on arrival at Trebah?

With your booking complete, all that is left is for you to turn up in your chosen time slot with your 4 digit booking reference number and enjoy the garden!

When you arrive, please stop your car at the shed in our car park where a member of staff will check your car number plate against our bookings. You may then proceed to park your car and follow the one way system down into the visitor centre where you will be asked to produce your 4 digit reference number, and members can scan their own membership cards, to be checked-in by a member of our Welcome Team.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

If you are a Trebah member:
Please email us at [email protected] and ask to have your booking changed to another day or time (subject to availability) or cancelled. Multiple no-shows on booked tickets by members may result in the individual member being placed on hold.

If you are not a Trebah member:
All tickets are non-refundable, however you are very welcome to email us at [email protected] and ask to have your booking moved to another day, provided we have availability that day.
