Trebah is a unique venue for corporate hire. We can accommodate meetings, presentations, conferences and lectures or simply provide a wonderful space for team away-days or client get togethers.

The Garden Room

This versatile space is attached to our Planters Cafe in the Visitor Centre, but offers privacy in conjunction with excellent facilities, available all year round. The maximum number of people who can be seated in this area is either 35 (theatre style) or 30 (at tables, set for lunch).

Room Hire Only: £100 full day, £50 half day

Garden entry is at the group rate: £7.00 per person.

The Vinery

Situated within the garden, this room is a tranquil haven that offers privacy and an opportunity to relax, formally or informally, within a truly beautiful setting. The maximum number of people who can be seated in this room is either 40 (theatre style) or 30-36 (at tables of 6).

Room Hire Only:£100 full day, £50 half day

Corporate Hire Rates

Rates start at £26.50 per delegate with a minimum of 10 delegates, this includes:

  • Room hire (The Garden Room or The Vinery)
  • Garden Entry
  • Freshly filtered coffee or tea on arrival with homemade biscuits
  • Iced jugs of water
  • Projector (by arrangement)
  • 2 course sit down lunch or finger buffet including jugs of chilled water
  • Afternoon tea and coffee

Corporate Hire Lunch Menu Options: Must be pre-ordered by 10am on the day of booking.

Trebah Vegetarian Flan with salad or Pasty and salad, followed by homemade dessert.

Buffet includes; selection of sandwiches, small sausages with honey & mustard, potato wedges, cocktail vegetable and steak pasties.
