The Beach

Trebah's sheltered and secluded beach at the bottom of the garden, Polgwiddon Cove, provides the perfect place to while away an hour or two.

The views of the Helford River and Falmouth Bay beyond, are quite stunning. The Helford is a delightful unspoilt estuary with ancient oak forests lining the banks. During the Napoleonic Wars, pirates and free traders populated the reaches of the river. Frenchman's Creek is situated just across the river from Polgwiddon Cove.
